摘　　要：罗尔斯和沃尔泽的正义理论在研究方法方面具有诸多"家族相似性",主要体现为:正义理论的方法背景均为存在着各种对立和分歧的现代多元社会;面对社会多元化的现实,正义理论方法中的普遍性和特殊性特征是相互联系、缺一不可的;罗尔斯的反思平衡法与沃尔泽的阐释方法在背景理论、具体应用和方法开放性方面也具有相似之处。Rawls and Walzer’s theories of justice have many‘family resemblances’in their research methods,for example:the background of the methods are both applied in modern pluralistic societies where divergences exist;facing the fact of plurality,the universality and particularity in methods of social theory are connected with each other;Rawls’reflective equilibrium and Walz
