摘　　要：党的十九大报告从党和国家事业发展全局出发,提出了新时代党的建设新要求,就是要把党的政治建设摆在首位。并且明确提出党的政治建设的首要任务是保证全党服从中央,坚持党中央权威和集中统一领导。通过对保证全党服从中央,坚持党中央权威和集中统一领导这一党的政治建设首要任务历史脉络的梳理以及经验总结,深刻揭示政治建设首要任务的基本规律,以便我们更深入、更全面把握党的十九大提出的政治建设首要任务的基本内涵。The reports of the party’s 19th national congress starts from the overall development of the party and the state,and puts forward the new requirement of party building in the new era,that is,to put the party's political construction in the first place.It is clear that the primary task of the party's political construction is to guarantee the party's obedience to the Central Committee,the party's central authority and the centralized and unified leadership.In order to ensure the whole party’s loyalty to the Central Committee,we need to review and summary the experience of adhering to the party’s central authority and the centralized leadership of the party's,and reveal the basic connotation of the primary task of the political construction.Therefore,we need grasp the report of the 19th national congress more thoroughly and comprehensively.
