摘  要:合成了一种Mannich化合物作为酸化缓蚀剂主剂,通过正交实验考察了其与分散剂、增效剂等的缓蚀协同作用,最终得到一种高温酸化缓蚀剂MMPD;通过电化学、吸附热力学及表面分析对其作用机理进行研究并构建吸附模型。结果显示,在140℃,20%盐酸介质中,当缓蚀剂MMPD加量为3%时,N80钢的腐蚀速率降至28.78g/(m^2·h),优于一级品标准;其属同时抑制阴阳极的混合型缓蚀剂。A Mannich compound was synthesized as the principal component of an acid corrosion inhibitor,and its synergistic effect with dispersant and synergist was investigated by orthogonal test.Finally,a high temperature acidification inhibitor called MMPD was obtained.The mechanism of action was studied by electrochemical,adsorption thermodynamics and surface analysis,and the adsorption model was constructed.The results showed that the corrosion rate of N80steel was reduced to28.78g/(m2·h)when it was in20%hydrochloric acid medium in140℃,which was better than that of the first grade.It was a mixed suppressing the anode and cathode type corrosion inhibitor.
