摘　　要：针对高校科研课题种类众多、科研成果数量越来越多,传统手工管理的方式管理效率低下,难于实现科研成果的动态管理的问题,在充分调研分析实际需求的基础上,基于Java EE技术架构,自主开发了符合学校自身特点的科研成果管理系统,实现了教师科研课题及成果的申报、查询、审核、入库、报表生成等动态信息的在线管理。In view of the large number of scientific research subjects and the increasing number of research achievements,the traditional manual management mode is inefficient and difficult to achieve dynamic management of scientific research results.Based on the full investigation and analysis of the actual needs,with the Java EE technology architecture,this paper develops a scientific research achievement management system in accordance with the school's characteristics,realizing the on-line management of dynamic information,such as teachers'achievements declaration,inquiry,audit,storage,report generation and so on.
