摘　　要：伴随着军队改革的不断深入,联勤保障部队医院做好为部队服务工作的重要性日益显现。文章从军、地改革的大背景出发,分析当前联勤医院面临的新形势新问题,总结医院为部队服务能力建设的有效措施,为联勤医院系统做好为部队服务能力建设工作提供借鉴。The significance of the joint service hospital that serves the army is emerging along with the development of military reform.On the basis of military reform and local improvement,this paper analyzed the current issue of joint service hospital on the process of facing the new era,summarized some effective measures and experience of establishing service ability of joint service hospital and provided some reference for other hospitals.
