摘　　要：文章对舰艇长远航中遇到的卫勤保障难点,以及远程医疗在应对这些难点时所具有的优势进行总结阐述。回顾远程医学的发展历史,结合我国远程医疗的发展现状探索适应我海军远程医疗发展的新方向,为提升海军卫勤保障能力和卫生单位建设提供建议。The difficulties of ocean-going medical support and the advantages of telemedicine in dealing with these difficulties were summarized and elaborated in this article.The development history of telemedicine was reviewed and the new direction of the development of naval telemedicine combined with the development of telemedicine in China was explored.Suggestions on improving the ability of naval medical support and the construction of health units were provided.
