摘　　要：目的观察前列腺钬激光解剖性剜除术(Ho LEP)与前列腺电切术(TURP)治疗小体积良性前列腺增生(BPH)的临床疗效。方法选取2105年11月—2016年11月在遵义医学院附属贵航300医院收治小体积良性前列腺增生患者80例,随机分为两组,Ho LEP组实施Ho LEP治疗,TURP组实施TURP治疗。分别记录两组手术时间、术中出血量、切除前列腺组织重量、术后留置尿管时间、术后并发症发生率以评估手术疗效。结果 Ho LEP组平均手术时间、术中出血量、切除前列腺增生组织重量、术后留置尿管时间分别为(32±5.2)min、(19.4±9.1)m L、(7.1±1.4)g、(3.0±1.1)d,TURP组相应依次为(28.1±7.7)min、(32.5±6.5)m L、(6.4±1.5)g、(7.0±0.6)d,均差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),且Ho LEP组术后并发症较少。结论 Ho LEP治疗小体积BPH的疗效更好,恢复更快,并发症较少。Objective To investigate the therapy effects of Holmium Laser Enucleation of the prostate(HoLEP)and Transurethral Resection of the prostate(TURP)on the treatment of small-volume benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH).Methods In this study,a cohort of80small-volume BPH patients,who were hospitalized in the Guihang300Affiliated Hospital of the Zunyi Medical College,were recruited between November2015and November2016.The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the treatment they received:the HoLEP and the TURP groups.The operation time,blood loss,weight of the resected specimen,indwelling catheter length of time,and postoperative complications were recorded to evaluate and compare the two treatments′outcomes.Results The results showed significant difference between the two groups in the operation time,and the weight of the resected specimen(P<0.05).And,a significant increase in the intraoperative blood loss and a longer indwelling catheter time was observed in the TURP group relative to the HoLEP group(P<0.05).Conclusions The HoLEP group presentes fewer postoperative complications and better rehabilitation outcomes compared with the TURP group.
