摘 要:将样车测试的载荷谱转换为驱动桥承受的载荷谱,并对载荷谱进行分析,可知获取的驱动桥主减速器锥齿轮载荷谱服从三参数的威布尔分布概率密度函数.通过对威布尔分布概率密度函数中形状参数、尺度参数、位置参数的确定,得到了主减速器锥齿轮载荷谱的概率密度函数.通过采用等效载荷和载荷谱两种方法对某驱动桥主减速器锥齿轮及主要支撑轴承进行计算,并按两种方法对驱动桥进行试验,结果表明:根据载荷谱计算的主减速器锥齿轮能够满足使用要求.在设计计算时采用载荷谱概率密度函数进行计算具有可行性.the load spectrum of the prototype test is converted to the load spectrum of the drive axle.The load spectrum is analyzed in this paper.It is known that the load spectrum of drive axle main reducer bevel gears obey three parameter Weibull distribution probability density function.Through the determination of shape parameters,scale parameters and position parameters in the probability density function,the probability density function of the load spectrum of the main reducer bevel gears is obtained.The safety factor of bevel gears and main supporting bearings were calculated by two methods,one is equivalent load and another is load spectrum.The axle is tested in the above two ways.The results show that the bevel gears calculated by load spectrum can meet the requirement.The probability density function of the load spectrum is feasible in the design calculation.
