摘 要:针对某型装甲车辆空气滤清器不能满足高原使用要求的问题,对滤清器进行结构改进,改进措施主要包括取消集气箱、更改滤芯结构和增加导流锥3个方面,对改进前后两种方案进行性能仿真分析和高原环境试验,结果表明,改进后的空气滤清器阻力较原方案降低了22%,保养周期提高了25%,空气滤清器性能得到提升,可以满足高原使用要求.同时表明,应用虚拟样机模型进行数值仿真,其计算结果与试验结果之间的误差可控制在10%以内,说明仿真方法是一种估算不同环境下空气滤清器性能的有效手段.In view the problem that the air filters for certain armored vehicles can not meet the requirements of the plateau usage,the filter is improved.The improvement measures mainly include three aspects:the gas collector is cancelled,the filter element structure is modified and the flow guide cone is added.The simulation and analysis of two schemes before and after improvement are carried out.The results show that the resistance of the improved air filter is reduced by22%,the maintenance cycle is increased by25%,and the performance of the air cleaner is improved,which can meet the plateau usege requirement at the same time,the error between the calculated results and the experimental results can be controlled within10%under the application of the virtual prototyping model.The simulation method is an effective way to estimate the performance of air filters under different environments.
