摘 要:对履带销、橡胶金属铰链进行受力分析,可知影响其寿命的主要有销轴剪切应力、橡胶衬套挤压应力及扭转剪切应力.通过工程计算对比多个车型销轴剪切应力、橡胶衬套挤压应力及剪切应力情况,结合工程实践,提出销轴剪切应力、橡胶衬套挤压应力及扭转剪切应力的许用值.在销轴剪切许用应力、橡胶衬套挤压应力及剪切许用应力的约束下,优化了履带铰链的结构尺寸,减小了履带部件相对尺寸.在不影响履带可靠性的前提下,实现履带轻量化设计.In order to realize the lightweight design of track,it is necessary to ensure its high reliability and long service life.According to the force analysis of rubber-metal hinged track pin,the main factors affecting its service life are shearing stress of track pin,extrusion stress and torsional shearing stress of rubber bushing.Through comparison of all the above stresses of several vehicles by engineering calculation and combining with practical project,the allowable values of these stresses are proposed.Under the constraint of allowable stresses,the structural dimensions of track hinge is optimized,the size of track parts is reduced.The lightweight design of track is realized without affecting the reliability of track.
