摘　　要：目的研究白耙齿菌发酵液及其不同组分的免疫学活性。方法用白耙齿菌发酵液及其不同组分灌胃小鼠,通过脾脏和胸腺指数评估对免疫器官的影响;通过白细胞计数、巨噬细胞吞噬能力、淋巴细胞增殖,评估其对免疫细胞的影响;对血清中免疫球蛋白G(Ig G)的检测评估对免疫分子的影响。结果白耙齿菌发酵液及其不同组分均可以增强小鼠的非特异性免疫、体液免疫及细胞免疫,增加血液中淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞及单核吞噬细胞的含量,增强吞噬细胞吞噬异物的能力,促使小鼠体内产生大量的抗体及免疫球蛋白,并且使T淋巴细胞的增殖能力加强,各组间没有显著区别。结论白耙齿菌发酵液及其不同组分可以提高小鼠免疫功能。Objective To study the immunological activity of Irpex lacteus fer^nentation fluid and its distinct components.Methods Intragastrically treated mice with Irpex lacteus fer^nentation fluid and its distinct com ponents,evaluated its effect on immune organs through the spleen and thymus in dex;through white blood cells counting,macrophage phagocytosis capacity and lymphocyte proliferation,to evaluate its effect on immune c e lls;detected IgG in serum to evaluate effect on im mune molecules.Results Irpex lacteus fer^mentation fluid and its distinct components could all enhance the nonspecific im munity,humoral immunity and cellular immunity of m ic e,increase the content of lymphocytes,neutrophils and mononuclear phagocytic cells in blood,enhance phagocytic cells phagocytose foreign bodies capability,while prompted the mice to produce large amounts of antibody and immunoglobulin Ig G,and strengthened the cell proliferation capacity of T c e lls,no significant difference existed among groups.Conclusion The Irpex lacteus fermentation fluid and its distinct components could enhance the immunological function of mice.
