摘  要:三片式平行分度凸轮机构是一种平面凸轮间歇转位机构,因其具有输出输入轴线平行、传动扭矩大、运行平稳、刚性好、分度精度高、易于制造等优点,而被广泛应用于自动成型机、印刷机、自动包装机、自动化仪表等各种自动机与自动线中。根据每个滚子的初始位置角的不同,采用变余弦运动规律,运用反转法得到凸轮与滚子啮合过程中滚子外圆形成的包络线即凸轮理论廓线的轮廓方程,进而得到凸轮的实际廓线,简化了推导过程和计算,再运用MATLAB语言编程,绘制出轮廓曲线,通过MATLAB语言编程生成的.ibl格式文件导入Creo中生成了三片式平行分度凸轮的实体模型。Three-pieces parallel indexing cam(3PPIC),a kind of intermittent indexing cam mechanism,that is widely used in various automata and automatic lines including automatic molding machine,printing machine,a utomatic packing machine and automatic instrument because of the series of advantages,such as parallel input/output axis,large driving torque,table operation,good rigidity,high indexing precision and easy manufacturing,etc.According to the different initial position of each roller angle and based on variable cosine motion law and inversion method,the contour equation of the theoretical profile of cam was obtained.Therefore,the actual contour of cam was obtained,which simplifies the derivation and calculation process.Moreover,programming in MATLAB and drawing the contour curve,an.ibl file was generated and leaded into Creo.Hence the entity model of 3PPIC was obtained.
