摘  要:绞车是捞油车的重要组成部分,为了保证采油作业过程中绞车的正常运转,需要确保绞车滚筒轴系统具有合理的动态特性。通过ANSYS Workbench对绞车滚筒轴进行模态分析,根据有限元计算结果可以得到滚筒轴的前6阶固有频率和振型。通过分析各阶模态的固有频率和电机的共振区来确定电机的合理转速范围,以确保绞车滚筒轴与电机不会发生共振,保证采油工作的正常有序进行。As an important component of an oil fishing vehicle,winch drum shaft system should be ensured with reasonable dynamic performance in order to make sure the normal operation of the winch in the process of oil extraction.In this paper,firstly the transmission system of a winch has been modeled via Pro/E.Then the winch drum shaft has been modally analyzed based on ANSYS Workbench,hence the first six order natural frequencies and vibration modes of drum shaft could be obtained according to finite element calculation results.Furthermore,modally analyzing normal frequencies and motor resonance areas,the reasonable rotate speed range of motors would be verified,so that it would be endured that there are not resonances between the winch drum shaft and motor.In this case,oil extraction will be verified to operate in a normal and orderly status.
