摘  要:为了设计出平行分度凸轮机构,针对二片外接式平行分度凸轮机构进行分析。首先得出凸轮廓形方程,其次在MATLAB中得出凸轮的轮廓曲线,再将曲线导入到Creo Parametric中,设计出轮廓曲线,建模、装配得出两片式平行分度凸轮机构。结果表明这种方法具有精度高、快捷、高效、方便的特点。In order to design a parallel indexing cam mechanism,this article analyzed two-external parallel indexing cam mechanisms.Firstly,the cam profile equation was obtained,then the curve of the equation was generated based on MATLAB.Finally,the curve was leaded in Creo Parametric,so that an outline curve was designed.Based on which,the two-external parallel indexing cam mechanism was modeled and assembled.The result shows that this method is of high precision,efficiency and convenience.
