摘　　要：利用ABAQUS对硬铝材料在不同摩擦状态下的切削过程进行了模拟,讨论了切削模拟过程中切削力和应力分布状态以及切屑状态的变化情况,得到了摩擦因数对切削过程的影响规律。This paper simulated the cutting process of duralumin material in different friction conditions based on ABAQUS,and discussed the variation of cutting force and stress distribution conditions and cutting conditions in the process of cutting simulation.Hence,the influence rule on cutting process by friction coefficient has been obtained.
