摘 要:DIN标准专门针对三叶型(P3G)和四叶型(P4C)多边形轴毂联接方式做了规范,提出了计算扭转剪应力和接触应力的公式,并给出了相应的数值。通过有限元分析(以下简称FEA)对DIN标准所提供的数据进行分析和验证,得到的最大扭转剪应力偏差值不超过4%,与DIN标准中给出的数值基本相符;然而接触应力值在DIN标准中被低估,平均接触应力分别为DIN标准的6.21倍和5.07倍,产生偏差的原因是实际接触面积小于DIN标准的理论值,尤其是四叶型多边形的毂由于扩张更是如此。因此在设计时应充分考虑由动载荷所引起的局部屈服损坏的可能性,而不是完全按照DIN标准进行设计。The DIN 32712 standard establishes a rule for three and four lobe polygonal shaft-hub connection(P3G/P4C)respectively,in which the formulas in order to calculate torsional shear stress and contact pressure for the shaft-hub connection have been presented,as well as the relative values.This paper analyzed and verified the data provided by DIN standard via finite element analysis(FEA).The results show that the maximum torsional shear stress accuracy error is less than 4%that is basically the same with DIN standard.However,the contact pressure values are shown to be underreported by DIN standard as the average values of contact pressure are 6.21 times and 5.07 times by the value shown in DIN standard respectively.The reason of the difference is that the real contact areas are smaller than the theoretical values provided by DIN standard,especially for P4C due to its expansion.Therefore,the contact stress would cause local yielding in polygonal shafts and the chances of failure by dynamic loads should be considered for design rather than solely designing under the current DIN standard.
