摘  要:针对RTG整机梯子平台设计周期长、错误率高的问题,应用Vault软件协同工作对其进行三维参数化设计,能提高50%以上的设计效率,减少成本,提高企业竞争力,同时也为大型机械的参数化设计提供参考。In order to solve the problem of long design cycle and high error rate of RTG stairs and platforms,this paper put forward a three-dimensional(3D)parameterized design based on cooperative work of Vault software.Firstly,the rule of RTG stairs and platforms parameterized design was introduced.Then,establishing standard part library and applying numerical control,according to the process of parameterized modeling,the design efficiency has been improved by more than 50%and the cost has been reduced,which improves enterprise competitive power and provides the reference for parameterized design of large-scale machinery.
