摘  要:通过对一起35kV电压互感器高压侧熔断器熔断事故进行分析,指出了当前系统工作人员对电压互感器故障识别及排除存在效率低下的问题。通过理论与仿真实验相结合的手段,分析并总结了电压互感器发生不同类型故障时其测量电压的变化特征,利用其变化特征可对电压互感器进行在线监测及故障识别,以便让变电站工作人员通过监控数据及时掌握现场事故情形,较快地处理故障,从而快速恢复电网的正常运行。This paper mainly analyzed a high-voltage side-fuse fusing accident occurred on 35 kV voltage transformer and pointed out the low efficiency problem in the process of identifying and debugging by system staffs on the faults of voltage transformer.Combining the theories with simulation experiments,this paper analyzed the voltage variation characteristics occurring with different kinds of faults on voltage transformers,which implements on-line monitoring and identification of the faults.In this case,substation staffs may comprehend the site of accident condition by monitoring the voltage data and quickly process the faults,so that to restore the normal operation of power grid.
