摘  要:通过正交试验考察溶剂种类、溶剂用量及超声时间3个因素对西瓜霜润喉片中薄荷脑提取含量的影响,并采用毛细管柱气相色谱法对西瓜霜润喉片中薄荷脑的含量进行测定.优化结果为:溶剂为无水乙醇,溶剂用量为10m L,超声处理时间为20min.检测条件为:HP-INNOWAX(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)石英毛细管柱,以萘为内标物,进样口温度165.0°C,检测器温度195.0°C,柱温135.0°C.薄荷脑在线性范围0.1~2.0 mg/m L内表现良好(r=0.9999);加样回收率为99.01%,相对标准偏差值(RSD)为0.8851%.试验方法操作简单,准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,为准确测定西瓜霜润喉片中薄荷脑的含量提供方法.In order to obtain satisfactory extraction efficiency of menthol,the effect of solvent type,solvent dosage and ultrasonic time were investigated by the orthogonal test.Menthol was detected by capillary gas chromatography.The samples were extracted with10mL of ethanol by ultrasonic treatment for20min.A HP-INNOWAX(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm)fused silica capillary column was used to quantify the samples,and naphthalenewas selected as the internal standard.The chromatographic conditions were as follows:inject temperature,165.0°C;detector temperature,195.0°C;column temperature,135.0°C.Results were that the proposed method provides satisfactory linearity in the range of0.1~2.0mg/mL with linear regression coefficients(r=0.9999)for menthol determination.Average recovery was99.01%with RSD lower than0.88%.The developed method is simple,accurate,highly sensitive and has excellent reproducibility.It can be used for menthol determination in watermelon frost lozenge.
