摘 要:T8钢经正火、退火、球化退火、淬火+中温回火、正火+高温回火5种工艺处理,经机械加工后可获得不同的表面粗糙度.其中,760℃×50 min正火+600℃×40 min回火工艺测得的粗糙度(Ra与Rz)值最小;740℃×50 min加热,随炉冷却工艺测得的粗糙度(Ra与Rz)值次之;760℃×70 min加热→690℃×60 min等温、随炉冷却工艺测得的粗糙度(Ra与Rz)值最大;其余工艺测得的结果处在中间.After five process treatment of normalizing,annealing,spheroidizing annealing,quenching and middle tempering,normalizing and high tempering for T8 steel,then it was treated under machining.The result of roughness was measured.minimum roughness value(Ra,Rz)was obtained after normalizing at 760℃for 50 min and tempering at 600℃for 40 min,lower roughness value(Ra,Rz)was obtained after heating at 740℃for 50min and cooling in the furnace,maximum roughness value(Ra,Rz)was obtained after heating at 760℃for 70 min,and keeping at 690℃for 60 min,then cooling in the furnace,the rest was in the middle of whole value.
