摘　　要：在工业控制方面,PROFIBUS-DP网络是一种常见的工业总线型网络。但是DP网络系统经常发生PROFIBUSDP网络闪断故障,影响工业正常生产,甚至造成重大事故。通过故障统计和分析,查找到了引发故障的部位,对网络进行了简化,减少网络故障点的数量,并安装了中继器,增强了网络传输能力,降低了网络故障的概率,同时安装了便携式PROFIBUS智能诊断仪,可以诊断网络的运行情况,提前发现网络隐患,及时进行处理,为设备的稳定运行提供了重要保证。PROFIBUS-DP network is a common industrial bus type network in industrial control area.However,the DP network often occurs network flashing fault,affecting the normal production of the industry,even causing major accidents.This paper through the fault analysis,find the fault location,make the network more simple,reducing the number of network fault point,and the installation of the repeater,enhancing the network transmission capacity,reducing the probability of network failure,and portable PROFIBUS intelligent diagnosis instrument installation,operation diagnosis network,found the hidden troubles in the network in advance.Timely give treatment and provide an important guarantee for the stable operation of the equipment.
