摘 要:非编码RNA(ncRNA)是一类很少或不能合成蛋白质的RNA,包括微小RNA(miRNA)和长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)等RNA。miRNA分子是短的非编码RNA,在实体肿瘤和造血系统恶性肿瘤中有异常表达,在基因表达的转录后调节中起重要的作用。lncRNA在哺乳动物包括人类中,已被证明在癌组织中异常表达并参与致癌或肿瘤抑制的过程。文章就ncRNA在多发性骨髓瘤(MM)中的生物学功能和作为潜在作用靶点的治疗价值作一综述。Non-coding RNA(ncRNA)is a class of RNA with a few or no capacity of protein synthesis.It includes microRNA(miRNA)and long non-coding RNA(lncRNA).MiRNA is the shortest ncRNA expressed aberrantly in solid and hematopoietic malignancies,where it plays a pivotal function as post-transcriptional regulators of gene expression.LncRNA has been shown to be expressed aberrantly in cancer tissue and to be involved in oncogenic or tumor suppressive process in mammalian and human.This review mainly describes the biological function and potential therapeutic role of ncRNA as drug or target.
