摘 要:目的探讨芍药苷对深Ⅱ度烫伤诱导的肝损伤的防治作用及其机制。方法 30只小鼠随机分为对照组、模型组和芍药苷组,用90℃热水建造深Ⅱ度烫伤模型,药物组小鼠用芍药溶液灌胃。观察12 h时小鼠血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)与谷草转氨酶(AST)水平变化及肝组织Bax、Caspase-3表达情况。结果芍药苷可有效降低小鼠血清ALT AST水平,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并使肝组织Bax、Caspase-3表达均降低。结论芍药苷对深Ⅱ度烫伤诱导的肝损伤具有较好保护作用,其机制可能与降低Bax、Caspase-3表达以抑制肝细胞凋亡有关。Objective To investigate the protective effect and mechanism of paeoniflorin on liver injury induced by deep second-degree scald. Methods A total of 30 mice were randomly divided into control group,model group and paeoniflorin group.The model of deep second degree scald was established by hot water at 90℃,and the mice in the drug group were treated with peony solution gavage.The levels of serum ALT and AST and the expression of Bax and Caspase-3 were observed in liver tissues at 12 h. Results Compared with the model group,paeoniflorin can effectively decrease the serum ALT and AST levels,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the expression of Bax and Caspase-3 decreased in liver tissue. Conclusion paeoniflorin has better protective effect on liver injury induced by deep second degree scald,and its mechanism may be related to the decrease of Bax and Caspase-3 expression resulting in the inhibition of hepatocyte apoptosis.
