摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法及固相反应法合成水硬性矿物三元磷铝酸钙晶体(CAP),不同温度与保温时间制得样品分别采用X射线衍射、傅里叶变换红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜、能量色散X射线谱进行分析,研究煅烧条件对CAP晶体形成的影响,对CAP在最佳煅烧温度时的形成动力学进行初步研究。结果表明,当煅烧温度为1 590℃,保温时间超过0.5 h时,CAP可以大量合成,所得矿物样品中的CAP结晶度高,晶粒尺寸较大,形貌较为完整;形成动力学方程显示,煅烧温度为1 590℃时CAP形成受混合控制,其描述方程为经验方程,同时Glinstling方程(球形模型)也可对其进行描述。A hydraulic mineral calcium aluminophosphate(GAP)was synthesized by sol-gel method and solid-state reaction.The samples obtained with different calcining temperature and holding time were analyzed by X-ray diffraction,Fourier transform infrared spectrum,scanning electron microscope,and X-ray energy dispersive spectrum.The effects of calcining conditions on the crystal formation of GAP and the formation kinetics of GAP obtained at the best calcining temperature were researched.The results show that GAP crystal can be synthesized in a large amount when the calcining temperature is1590°C and the holding time is more than0.5h.The obtained mineral sample has high crystallinity,larger grain size,and more complete morphology.The formation kinetics equation shows that the formation of GAP is controlled by mixing models at the calcining temperature of1590℃.The describable equation is the empirical equation,and the Glinstling equation(spherical model)can also be used to describe.
