论邓小平《党和国家领导制度的改革》的问题意识与现实意义

摘　　要：以习近平同志为核心的党中央将全面净化党内政治生态摆在全面从严治党的突出位置,并做出了一系列重大判断和战略部署。邓小平《党和国家领导制度的改革》在制度、用人、思想文化等方面提供的历史经验,对当前学懂弄通做实习近平关于全面净化党内政治生态相关论述,总结改革开放四十年来从严治党实践,具有相当重要的现实意义。The Communist Party of China Central Committee,with Xi Jinping at its core,puts at the first place cleaning up intra-Party political eco-system in exercising strict governance over the Party and makes a host of vital judgements as well as strategic arrangements.Reforming the System of Party and State Leadership by Deng Xiaoping provides historical experience from system,talents,thought to culture respects.That's how learning about and putting into practice instructions involved of comprehensively cleaning up intra-Party political eco-system by Xi Jinping can benefit.Besides,it is conducive to sum up the practical experience of strict Party self-governance over the past40years since the Reform and Opening-up
