摘 要:铝合金中Fe含量较高时,在凝固过程中容易出现以粗大片状形态析出的富Fe相,降低了产品的使用性能.本文开展了熔剂法改善废铝熔体中富Fe析出形态的工艺试验,以Na_2B_4O_7、MnCl_2、Al Ti BRE(质量比为1∶1∶1)等组成熔剂,在730~750℃加入废铝熔体中,加入量为2%并在30 min内完成浇注,富Fe析出相可以较为规整的形状析出,颗粒较细小且分布较为均匀,铝合金性能有明显提高.When the Fe content in Al products was excessive,the coarse and lamellar or thin slice Fe-rich precipitates were easily produced during solidification,and the serious decline of mechanical properties was caused.The experiments were carried out of modifying the morphology of Fe rich precipitates in Al alloys with excessive Fe content by flux-adding technology.The fluxing-agents were composed of Na2B4O7,MnCl2 and AlTiBRE(mixed by mass ratio of 1:1:1),and the adding amount of fluxing-agents was about 2%.When the fluxing-agents were thrown into the Al melts at the temperature of 730-750℃and Al melts were poured into the mould within 30 min,the good morphology of Fe-rich precipitates were achieved,which had a regular precipitation morphology with smaller grains and relatively evenly distributed.Simultaneously,the mechanical properties were obviously improved.
