摘  要:目前的医疗信息化仍处在设备自身数据传输提取阶段,而当前医院的设备错综复杂、接口不一,甚至有些设备陈旧,数据无法自动输出,只能靠医护人员手工抄写.基于综合智能信息的医疗数据采集平台采用OCR(Optical Character Recognition)技术,直接从屏幕界面上抓取直观数据,可以统一解决医疗设备新旧不一、数据接口不一致等造成的数据提取难题.该平台集成基于树莓派的嵌入式语音识别系统,用于解决由医护人员人工录入不方便、记录耗时等问题,将语音转换为文字或指令进行记录.最后通过socket(套接字)将信息传输到上位机中有效集成.本系统设计硬件结构简单,成本可控,系统稳定性好,适用范围广.At present,the medical informatization is still in the phase of data transmission and extraction by the equipment itself,but the current hospital equipment is complex with different interfaces.Worse still,some equipment is obsolete,so the data cannot automatically be output,depending on manual copying by medical staff.The medical data acquisition platform based on integrated intelligent information adopts OCR(optical character recognition)technology to capture the visual data directly from the screen interface,which can solve the problem of data extraction caused by the new and old medical equipment and inconsistent data interfaces.The platform integrates the embedded speech recognition system based on Raspberry Pi,which can be used to solve the problems of the inconvenient manual inputting and time-consuming recording and to convert speech into text or instruction.Finally,through the socket,the information is transmitted to the host computer in the effective integration.The system is designed with a simple hardware structure,controllable cost,good system stability and wide application range.
