摘 要:通过Williamson醚化反应,在氯甲基化聚芳醚砜(CMPSF)侧链上部分接入4-羟基查尔酮,再与N-甲基哌啶反应得到了哌啶盐型光敏性聚芳醚砜(CMPSF200-HC60-pip).利用1H NMR,FT-IR,UV-Vis,TGA等测试手段对此聚合物结构及性能进行了表征与测试,探讨了交联对聚合物膜碱性稳定性的影响.结果表明:光交联很大程度上提高了聚合物碱性稳定性.在高温碱性条件下,交联聚合物失重仅11%,而未交联聚合物在浸泡24 h后失重达64%.Photosensitive piperidinium functionalized polysulfones(CMPSF200-HC60-pip)was prepared by the reactionbetween N-piperidinium and CMPSF with4-hydroxy chalcone groups at the side chains,which was synthesized byWilliamson etherification reaction.The structure and properties of CMPSF200-HC60-pip were characterized and evaluatedby using1H NMR,FT-IR,UV-Vis and TGA methods.The effect of crosslinking on the alkaline stability of polymer filmswas also discussed.It was shown that the alkaline stability of the polymer films could be greatly improved by crosslinking.The weight loss of the crosslinked membranes was11%,while the weight loss of the uncrosslinked was up to64%,after being immersed in alkaline solution at high temperature for24h.
