摘  要:为建立同时测定厚朴药材中多种金属元素含量的方法,并对其进行比较分析,经硝酸-高氯酸消解样品后,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定了其中Mn,Fe,Ni,Cu,Zn等10种金属元素含量.结果表明:各元素标准曲线线性关系良好(r=0.9998~1.0000),加标回收率在90.57%~114.56%;不同产地厚朴样品中金属元素含量有明显差异,部分药材重金属含量超标.该方法简单、准确、检出限低,适合对药材样品金属含量的分析测定,结果可对厚朴的药理研究及质量控制提供参考.In order to establish a method for simultaneous determination and perform a comparative analysis of the variousmetal elements in Magnolia officinalis from different habitats,the contents of Mn,Fe,Ni,Cu,Zn and ten other metalelements were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)after the samples were digested bynitric acid and perchloric acid.Good linear relationship of standard curves for each element was obtained(r=0.9998~1.0000),with standard recovery rates ranging from90.57%to114.56%.Significant variation of metal contents of Magnoliaofficinalis from different regions was observed,and heavy metals in some samples exceeded the limit set by nationalstandards.The method is simple,sensitive,and of low detection limit.It is suitable for the analysis and determination ofmetal elements in medicinal materials,and the results may serve as a reference for pharmacological study and qualitycontrol of Magnolia officinalis.
