摘  要:针对现有工艺下混凝土联锁块布料效率低下且布料质量受人为因素影响较大的问题,进行了混凝土联锁块布料工艺机械化研究。采用操控分料管中的开关门完成混凝土布料,并通过现场试验分别对分料管管径、布料高度和布料操作系统进行优化,研制出能够精确下放、联排下料的机械化布料工艺。新型布料工艺实现了从传统手工生产工艺到机械化自动生产工艺的转变,不仅可以大幅提高布料精度、消除人为因素的影响,而且联排下料的技术也极大增加了布料效率,能够适应施工中混凝土联锁块大规模生产的需求。In view of the problem of low efficiency of concrete interlock block and the influence of human factors on the fabric quality under the existing process,the research on the mechanical mechanization of concrete interlocking block is carried out.The concrete spreading process is finished by controlling the switch valve.The diameter of dividing pipe,the spreading height and the spreading operating system are optimized through the field tests.The mechanized process with precise spreading and multi-pipe spreading is developed.The new technology has realized the transformation from traditional manual production process to mechanized automatic production process.It can not only improve the precision and efficiency of spreading,but also eliminate the impact of human factors.Therefore,the new process can meet the needs of mass production of concrete interlocking blocks.
