中国国家城市湿地公园的建设现状及其趋势分析

摘　　要：将湿地纳入城市公园系统建设城市湿地公园,已成为一种重要的城市湿地保护管理方式。通过GIS 10.0和聚集度指数等对我国国家城市湿地公园的建设现状、地理分布格局和发展趋势进行了分析。我国国家城市湿地公园已有57处,基本涵盖了主要的湿地类型,并以河流、湖泊和人工湿地为主。66.67%的国家城市湿地公园位于地级市,而一、二线城市仍较少,但县级市(县城)较多。我国国家城市湿地公园在地理空间上呈高度聚集分布,聚集度指数高达0.59;主要位于经济发展最快的山东、江苏和浙江等东部沿海省区,以及长江、黄河和淮河中下游地区。城市湿地公园建设的高密度热点区域为长三角城市群和山东半岛城市群地区。此外,城市湿地公园建设速度比较缓慢,但已由东部逐渐向中西部城市扩张,并集中在主要城市群。The construction of urban wetland parks,incorporating wetlands into urban public park system,has become an important way to protect and manage urban wetlands.We analyzed the current status,geographical distribution pattern and development trend of national urban wetland parks in China,using GIS10.0 and the unevenness indices.57 national urban wetland parks,containing main wetland types such as rivers,lakes and artificial wetlands had been established in China.66.67%of the national urban wetland parks were located in prefecture-level cities,fewer were in first-and second-level cities.However,more were in county towns.The geographical distribution of national urban wetland parks was highly concentrated,with an unevenness index of 0.59.These urban wetland parks were mainly located in the eastern coastal provinces of Shandong,Jiangsu and Zhejiang,as well as the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River,Yellow River and Huaihe River.The high-density hotspot of construction was urban agglomerations in Yangtze River Delta and Shandong peninsula.In addition,although the development of urban wetland parks was slow,they are being gradually expanded from the east to the central and western cities,and concentrated in the main urban agglomerations.
