摘　　要：目的:探讨规范手术室配合及护理对心脏外科体外循环手术治疗效果的影响。方法:选取2016年4月~2017年4月在我院接受心脏体外循环手术治疗的患者64例作为研究对象,将其随机等分为研究组和对照组,研究组患者接受规范手术室配合及护理,对照组患者接受常规配合及护理,记录两组患者拔管时间、固体食物耐受时间、下床活动时间、术后住院时间。评价两组患者焦虑、抑郁、生活质量及对护理工作的满意度。结果:研究组患者术后拔管时间、固体食物耐受时间、下床活动时间及术后住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者护理后SAS及SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者护理后心理领域、生理领域、环境领域、社会关系领域评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者对护理工作满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:教学护理示范管理可以明显提高接受心脏体外循环手术治疗患者的护理效果。Objective:To explore the influence of standardizing operating room coordination and nursing on the surgical treatment effect of cardiac extracorporeal circulation.Methods:To select64cases of patients undergoing ardiopulmonary bypass surgery as the research object in our hospital from April2016to April2017,equally and randomly divided them into research group and control group,patients in research group received standard operating room cooperation and nursing,while patients in control group received conventional cooperation and nursing,record the extubation time,solid food duration time,ambulation time,postoperative hospital stay.To evaluate anxiety,depression,quality of life and satisfaction with nursing work of two groups.Results:The time of extubation,the duration of solid food,ambulation time and the length of hospital stay of research group were shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Both SAS and SDS scores of research group after receiving nursing were lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The score of psychological,physiological,environmental aspect and social relations in the research group after receiving nursing was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Patients in the research group scored higher on nursing satisfaction than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Teaching nursing demonstration management can significantly improve the nursing effect of patients undergoing the surgical treatment of cardiac extracorporeal circulation.
