授权管理模式在消化内科病房中的应用及其对护理质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨授权管理模式在消化内科病房中的应用效果及其对护理质量的影响。方法:选择2015年6月~2017年7月消化内科收治的患者120例,采用随机数字法将其等分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规管理模式,观察组采用授权管理模式。采用科室满意度调查表对两组患者的满意度进行评价,从职业认知评价、职业社会支持、职业社会交往、职业挫折感及职业自我反思角度对两组患者的职业认同感进行评估,从病室管理、基础护理、护理文书、患者安全目标考核及护理操作技能对两组患者的护理质量进行评估。结果:观察组授权管理模式实施后管理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组授权管理模式实施后职业认知评价、职业社会支持、职业社会交往、职业挫折感及职业自我反思评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组授权管理模式实施后病室管理、基础护理、护理文书、患者安全目标考核及护理操作技能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将授权管理模式用于消化内科病房管理中有助于提高管理质量及护理质量,值得推广应用。Objective:To explore the application effect of authorization management mode in the digestive medical ward and its influence on nursing quality.Methods:To select120patients cured in department of gastroenterology,equally divided them into control group and observation group according to random number method form June2015to July2017.Control group were given regular management mode,while observation group were given authorization management mode.Adopting department satisfaction questionnaire to evaluate two group's satisfaction,evaluate two group's professional self-identity from professional cognition elevation,social supporting,social communications,sense of frustration,and self-reflection,evaluating two group nursing quality from ward management,basic nursing,nursing record sheets,target assessment on patient's security and nursing procedure skill.Results:Management satisfaction of observation group after receiving authorization management mode was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Scores on professional cognition elevation,social supporting,social communications,sense of frustration,and self-reflection of observation group after receiving authorization management mode were higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Scores on ward management,basic nursing,nursing record sheets,target assessment on patient's security and nursing procedure skill of observation group after receiving authorization management mode were higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of authorization management mode in the ward management of digestive medicine can improve management quality and nursing quality,as well as be worthy of popularization and application.
