体位护理结合导丝引导置管在人工气道患者留置胃管中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨体位护理结合导丝引导置管在人工气道患者留置胃管中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年1月~2017年6月我院收治的人工气道患者150例,将其随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组采取常规方法置管,观察组应用体位护理结合导丝引导置管。比较两组患者一次性置管成功率、置管用时、置管前后各项生命体征变化情况及患者对护士工作满意度。结果:观察组患者一次性置管成功率高于对照组(P<0.05),平均置管时间短于对照组(P<0.05),置管后血压、心率低于对照组(P<0.05),血氧饱和度高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),患者家属对护士工作满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在人工气道患者留置胃管中应用体位护理结合导丝引导置管,可提高一次性置管成功能率,有效缩短置管用时,且不良反应较少,从而减轻患者痛苦,提高护士工作效率。Objective:To explore the application effect of position nursing combined with wire-guided intubation on gastric intubation for patients with artificial airway.Methods:To select150cases of patients with artificial airway cured in our hospital from January2016to June2017,and randomly divide them into observation group and control group.Control group was given routine intubation,while observation group was given position nursing combined with wire-guided intubation.Compare the success rate of one-time intubation,time for intubation,change conditions for each vital sign before and after intubation and patients’satisfaction for nurses’work.Results:Success rate of one-time intubation for patients in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the average time for intubation was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05),and blood pressure and heart rate after intubation were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Oxyhemoglobin saturation was higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and occurrence rate of untoward effect was lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and satisfaction of patients’family members for nurses’work was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of position nursing combined with wire-guided intubation on gastric intubation for patients with artificial airway could increase the success rate of one-time intubation,effectively shorten the time for intubation,reduce untoward effect and alleviate patients’pain and increase nurses’work efficacy.
