摘　　要：目的:对比分析两种低分子肝素注射和按压方法的效果,寻找最佳的注射和按压方法。方法:回顾分析我院需要注射低分子肝素的患者116例,将其等分为传统组和改良组。传统组采用上臂三角肌外缘或前臂外侧注射和平行按压,改良组采用腹壁部位轮换注射和垂直按压,对比观察分析两组患者的疼痛程度及皮下出血情况。结果:改良组患者皮下注射的疼痛程度及皮下出血情况明显轻于传统组,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用改良低分子肝素皮下注射和按压方法可以减轻患者的疼痛程度和减少皮下出血率及出血面积,且方法简单,便于在临床实施。Objective:To compare the effects of two methods of low molecular heparin injection and pressing,find the best method of injection and pressing.Methods:To analyze retrospectively116patients who need to be injected with low molecular heparin in our hospital,which was divided into traditional group and improved group.Traditional group adopts the upper arm deltoid or forearm lateral injection and pressing in parallel,while improved group with abdominal rotation injection and vertical pressing,observe and analyze pain degree and the subcutaneous bleeding of two groups.Results:The pain degree and subcutaneous hemorrhage situation in the improved group who received subcutaneous injection were significantly lower than that in the traditional group,and the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the modified low-molecular heparin subcutaneous injection and pressing method can reduce the pain degree of patients and reduce the rate of subcutaneous bleeding and bleeding loss,and the method is simple and convenient for clinical application.
