基于家庭的延伸康复护理对心衰合并心律失常患者心理状况及遵医行为依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于家庭的延伸康复护理对心衰合并心律失常患者心理状况及遵医行为依从性的影响。方法:选取2016年1月~2017年5月我院收治的心衰合并心律失常患者148例,将其随机等分为观察组与对照组,两组采用相同治疗方案,对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用基于家庭的延伸康复护理,比较两组患者心理状况、遵医行为依从性及护理满意度。结果:观察组护理后SAS及SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在自测血压、遵医嘱用药、合理饮食、规范运动、定期复查方面依从性均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),患者护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于家庭的延伸康复护理能够改善心衰合并心律失常患者心理状况,提高遵医行为依从性及护理满意度。Objective:To explore the base on the influence of extending rehabilitation nursing in family about psychological status and treatment compliance for patients with heart failure and arrhythmia.Methods:To select148cases of patients with heart failure and arrhythmia cured in our hospital from January2016to May2017,equally and randomly divide them into observation group and control group.Two groups were given the same therapeutic scheme,patients in control group were given regular nursing,while patients in observation group were given extending rehabilitation nursing in family,compared psychological status,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of two groups.Results:Scores on SAS and SDS of observation group after nursing were lower than that of control group.Difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).In terms of self-testing blood pressure,taking medicine following doctor,reasonable diet,normative exercise,regular reexamination compliance of observation group after nursing were higher than that of control group.Difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Patient's nursing satisfaction was higher than that of control group.Difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Base on the extending rehabilitation nursing in family,it can improve psychological status of patients with heart failure and arrhythmia,as well as strengthen treatment compliance and nursing satisfactio.
