摘 要:目的提高学生综合实践素质提升护理教育教学水平。方法完善开放实验室[1]相关保障、采取多种形式如以按时间管理、按目的管理等形式开放实验室。结果学生方面,提升学生的综合素养,促进学生的团队协作意识,提高学生的自我管理能力,并使医学生的"慎独"品格在潜移默化中得到磨炼。教师方面,提高了护理实验教学课堂活力,有利于护理实验管理队伍的建设,促进了教学和临床之间的无缝衔接,使教育资源配置得到进一步优化。结论护理实验室开放管理提高了学生的综合素质,提升了教师的护理实验教育教学水平。Objective To improve students’comprehensive practical ability and improve teaching level of nursing education.Methods To improve the security of the Open Laboratory[1],adopt various forms such as opening laboratories in the form of time management and purpose management.Results In terms of students,students’comprehensive literacy was improved,their awareness of teamwork was improved,their self-management ability was enhanced,and the“prudence and independence”character of medical students was subtly tempered.As for the teachers,the vitality of nursing experiment teaching classroom is improved,the construction of nursing experimental management team is facilitated,the seamless connection between teaching and clinical research is promoted,and the allocation of educational resources is further optimized.Conclusion Nursing laboratory open management improves the overall quality of students and enhances teachers’teaching level of nursing experimental education.
