摘  要:井下支护的安全预测直接关系着煤矿井下的安全生产,信息融合技术和井下预测模型可以预测井下支护的可靠性和使用寿命,并对井下支护安全预警;然后根据井下支护支柱分布设计出无线网络拓扑结构,并借鉴支架围岩耦合理论,分析支柱-围岩关系建立在支柱-围岩力学模型或井下支柱受力分布模型的基础上,结合无线传感网络所获得的井下支护状态信息和数值计算软件计算出井下支护支柱的变形和受力分布以及自身承载性能和巷道围岩应变率,将其结果应用于井下支护安全乃至工作面顶板灾害预警。The safety of the underground in-situ to predict the coal mine safety in production,has a close relationship with information fusion technology and downhole prediction model can predict the reliability of the underground in-situ and service life,and a warning for the safety of underground in-situ,Then designed according to the underground supporting pillar distributed wireless network topology,and support surrounding rock coupling theory,the analysis of pillar-relationship built on pillars-mechanical model of surrounding rock pillar or underground stress distribution model on the basis of the combination of wireless sensor network of underground in-situ state information and numerical calculation software to calculate the downhole supporting pillar deformation and stress distribution and its bearing performance and the surrounding rock strain rate,the result was applied to underground in-situ safety disaster warning and working face roof.
