摘　　要：当前,农村基层党组织全面从严治党面临新的形势:党的指导思想有了新发展,党的中心任务进入了新阶段,作风建设赋予了新内涵,全面从严治党呈现出新态势。农村基层党组织在全面从严治党方面存在的突出问题,有领导功能弱化、面不够宽、严不到份、治不到位等几个方面。新的形势对农村基层党组织全面从严治党提出了新的要求,从而使其全面从严治党在多个方面呈现出新的维度。At the present,there is a new situation for the comprehensive governance of the Party in rural primary Party organizations:a new development of the Party’s guiding thouht,a new stage of her central task,a new connotation of her workstyle construction,a new posture of strict and complete governance of herself.The protruding problems of the comprehensive governance of the Party in rural primary Party organizations includes weak leadership,being not comprehensive enough,being not strict enough,being not deep enough,etc.The situation calls for new requirements for the comprehensive governance of the Party in rural primary Party organizations so that a new dimension can appear in it.
