摘　　要：目的分析慢性阻塞性肺疾病治疗中沙丁胺醇气雾剂和异丙托溴铵气雾剂联合应用的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的300例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,对其一般资料予以回顾分析,按照治疗方法划分为研究组(150例)与对照组(150例)。对照组行沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗,研究组行沙丁胺醇气雾剂和异丙托溴铵气雾剂联合治疗。比较两组慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者治疗后的总有效率与Borg评分改善情况。结果治疗后,研究组患者Borg评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病治疗中沙丁胺醇气雾剂和异丙托溴铵气雾剂联合应用的临床效果显著,可改善Borg评分,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of salbutamol aerosol combined with ipratropium bromide aerosol in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods The general data of a total of 300 patients with COPD in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively,patients were divided into research group(150 cases)and control group(150 cases)according to the treatment methods.The control group was treated with salbutamol aerosol,and the research group was treated with salbutamol aerosol and ipratropium bromide aerosol.The total effective rates of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and the improvement of the Borg scores were compared in the two groups.Results After treatment,the Borg scores in the research group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The salbutamol aerosol combined with ipratropium bromide aerosol in the treatment of COPD has remarkable clinical effect,it can improve the Borg score,which is worthy of promotion and application.
