记忆合金聚髌器与张力带钢丝固定治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折的临床效果

摘　　要：目的对比记忆合金聚髌器与张力带钢丝固定治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法抽取2015年3月至2017年9月我院骨科收治的髌骨粉碎性骨折84例患者,依据治疗方案分为参照组与研究组,各42例。对照组行张力带钢丝固定治疗,研究组则给予记忆合金聚髌器固定治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组患者的手术时间、术后膝关节恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的术中出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组膝关节活动度恢复优良率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组患者的感染、内固定脱离并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在髌骨粉碎性骨折的临床治疗中,记忆合金聚髌器与张力带钢丝固定治疗均可取得较好效果,但相比之下记忆合金聚髌器更有助于缩短手术时间及术后患者膝关节恢复时间,减少并发症,具有重要实用价值。bjective T o c o m p a r e the curative effects of m e m o r y alloy patella concentrator a n d tension b a n d wire fixation o n c o m m i n u t e d patellar fracture.M ethods A total of 8 4 patients with c o m m i n u t e d patellar fracture admitted in our hospital f r o m M a r c h 2 0 1 5 to S e p t e m b e r 2 0 1 7 w e r e enrolled in this study,a n d they w e r e divided into the reference gro u p a n d the research g r o u p according to the treatment plan,with 4 2 cases in e a c h group.T h e control g r o u p w a s treated with tension b a n d wire fixation,a n d the study g r o u p w a s given m e m o r y alloy patella concentrator.T h e treatment effects of the tw o groups w e r e c o m p a r e d.Results T h e operation time a n d postoperative k n e e recovery time in the study g r o u p w e r e shorter than those in the control g r o u p(P<0.05),a n d there w a s n o significant difference in the a m o u n t of intraoperative blo o d loss b e t w e e n the tw o groups(P>0.05).T h e r e w a s n o significant difference in the excellent a n d g o o d rates of k n e e mobility b e t w e e n the tw o g roups(P>0.05).T h e overall incidence of infection a n d internal fixation d e t a c h m e n t complication in the study g r o u p w a s lower than that of the control g r o u p(P<0.05).C on clu sion M e m o r y alloy patella concentrator a n d tension b a n d wire fixation all c a n achieve g o o d results o n c o m m i n u t e d patellar fracture;however,m e m o r y alloy patella concentrator is m o r e helpful to redu c e the operation time,shorten the postoperative recovery time of patients with k n e e joint a n d redu c e complications,it ha s important practical value.
