参芪扶正注射液治疗慢性肺源性心脏病的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨参芪扶正注射液应用于慢性肺源性心脏病治疗中的效果,为慢性肺源性心脏病的临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选取我院2015年1月至2017年1月收治的慢性肺源性心脏病患者82例,随机分为研究组和对照组。对照组41例采用抗感染、化痰平喘及强心等常规治疗手段;研究组41例加用参芪扶正注射液。比较两组患者心功能、血气分析变化及疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者的各项心功能指标无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的6 min步行距离、LVEF和FS均显著改善,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者的血氧分压、血二氧化碳分压均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参芪扶正注射液应用于慢性肺源性心脏病临床治疗中,可有效改善患者心功能、缺氧程度及临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。Obje c tive To investigate the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection on chronic pulmonary heart disease,so as to provide reference for its clinical treatment.Methods A total of 82 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease admitted from January 2015 to January 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group.The control group(41 cases)was treated with anti-infection,phlegm,asthma and other common treatment methods;the study group(41 cases)added Shenqi Fuzheng injection.The cardiac function,blood gas analysis changes and efficacy in the two groups were compared.R e s u l t s Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the cardiac function indexes between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the 6-minute walk distance,L V E F and FS of both groups significantly improved,and those of the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The partial pressure of blood oxygen,blood carbon dioxide in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).C o n c l u s io n Shenqi Fuzheng injection used in the clinical treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease can effectively improve the patients'cardiac function,hypoxia and clinical efficacy,itis worthy of clinical promotion and application.
