摘　　要：目的研究不同方式治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的效果。方法选取68例前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血患者,均于2016年3月至2017年3月入院,回顾分析其临床资料,按照治疗方法划分为研究组和对照组,每组34例。对照组选取宫腔填纱予以治疗,研究组选取水囊宫腔填塞予以治疗,对比两组治疗后填塞物留置时间、填塞物取出后24 h出血量、填塞后至术后24 h出血量及总有效率。结果两组治疗后填塞物留置时间无明显差异(P>0.05);与对照组对比,研究组治疗后填塞物取出后24 h出血量、填塞后至术后24 h出血量更优(P<0.05);与对照组对比,研究组治疗后总有效率更高(P<0.05)。结论前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血治疗中水囊宫腔填塞具有显著应用效果,可减少产后出血量,值得推广应用。Objective To study the curative effect of different methods in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage by cesarean section of placenta previa.Methods Sixty-eight cases of postpartum hemorrhage patients by cesarean section of placenta previa who admited from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected.Their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and were divided into study group and control group according to the treatment method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with uterine chamber filling,and the study group was treated with water capsule tamponade.The retention time of plugger,amount of bleeding in 24 h after removal of plugger,amount of bleeding after tamponade up to 24 h after operation and the total effective rates were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results There was no difference in retention time between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the amount of bleeding in 24 h after removal of plugger and amount of bleeding after tamponade up to 24 h after operation in the study group after treatment were better(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the study group after treatment was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Water capsule tamponade in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage by cesarean section of placenta previa has obvious application effect,which can reduce the amount of postpartum bleeding and is worthy of promotion and application.
