摘　　要：目的探讨改良式低位产钳术联合无保护会阴助产术促进自然分娩的效果。方法选择本科收治的140例初产妇,随机分为对照组和联合组,各70例。对照组采取改良式低位产钳术助产,联合组采取改良式低位产钳术联合无保护会阴技术助产,对两组产妇分娩效果进行观察比较。结果联合组产妇产时出血量、产后48 h出血量、产后48 h会阴部NRS评分、住院时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组产妇阴道分娩率高于对照组,并发症总发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良式低位产钳术联合无保护会阴助产可降低剖宫产率和并发症发生率,保证母婴安全,提高自然分娩质量。Objective To explore the effect of modified low forceps delivery combined with unprotected perineal midwifery technique in natural delivery.Methods A total of 140 cases of primipara in our department were selected and randomly divided into control group and combined group,with 70 cases in each group.The control group received modified low forceps delivery;the combined group was treated with modified low forceps delivery combined with unprotected perineal midwifery technique.The effects of childbirth in the two groups were observed and compared.Results The amount of bleeding during labor,postpartum 48 h bleeding,postpartum 48 h perineal NRS score and hospitalization time of the combined group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The vaginal delivery rate in the combined group was higher than that in the control group,and the total incidence rate of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified low forceps delivery combined with unprotected perineal midwifery technique in natural delivery can reduce the rate of cesarean section and complications,ensure the safety of mother and child and improve the quality of natural delivery.
