经尿道前列腺电气化术后实施优质护理对前列腺增生症的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道前列腺电气化术后实施优质护理对前列腺增生症(BPH)的疗效。方法选取我院收治的BPH患者160例为研究对象,随机分为对照组(60例)和研究组(100例)。两组患者均给予经尿道前列腺电气化术和常规护理,术后对照组实施一般护理,研究组额外给予优质护理。比较两组的疗效、前列腺症状积分及并发症发生情况。结果研究组患者护理总有效率高于对照组(P=0.009);治疗后,研究组的IPSS评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.019);研究组患者术后并发出血、膀胱痉挛和尿失禁的发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 TUVR术后对患者实施优质护理干预能够减少术后出血、膀胱痉挛和尿失禁的发生,提高治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing on patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)after TUVR.Methods A total of 160 cases of patients with BPH accepted treatment in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group(60 cases)and research group(100 cases).All patients were given TUVR and routine nursing;patients in the control group were accepted general nursing after surgery,patients in the research group were given high quality nursing additionally.The effects,international prostate symptom scores and the incidences of complications of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.009).After treatment,the IPSS score of the research group was lower than that of the control group(P=0.019).The incidences of postoperative hemorrhage,bladder spasm and urinary incontinence in the research group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing in patients with BPH after TUVR could reduce postoperative hemorrhage,bladder spasm and urinary incontinence,and improve the therapeutic effect
