摘　　要：为满足国家石油安全对油气储运工程专业应用型人才需求,通过优化和改革人才培养方案、修订课程教学大纲、加强师资队伍建设、搭建虚实结合的创新实验实践平台,解决当前人才培养中存在的主要问题,为学生的个性化培养创造条件,提升学生的创新能力和工程实践能力。In order to meet the national oil security requirements for the applied talents in oil and gas storage and transportation engineering,through the optimization and reform of talent training program,revising the curriculum syllabus,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,and constructing the innovative experimental practice platform combined with reality to solve the current problems in the training of personnel for the students to create the conditions of personalized training to enhance the students'ability to innovate and engineering practice.
