摘　　要：目的:探讨应用项目管理结合PDCA循环方法在提高住院患者用药宣教中的效果。方法:由科内7人组成项目管理小组,通过项目管理的方法和步骤,结合PDCA、鱼骨图、甘特图等质量管理工具,完善用药知识宣教的方法及工作,改进工作流程。将项目管理实施前2015年1-8月手术后患者300例设为对照组,项目管理实施后2016年1-8月手术后患者300例设为干预组,采用问卷调查法调查手术后患者的用药知识知晓率。结果:手术后患者在知晓本人用药名称、药物作用及药物的副作用方面比较,差异有统计学意义。患者对护士服务的总体满意度提高了。结论:项目管理是一种科学的管理手段,将项目管理的方法应用于住院患者用药宣教中,能明显提高住院患者用药依从性和用药知识的知晓率,从而提高患者的满意度和对护理工作的认可度,也提高了护士解决问题的能力,掌握了运用科学管理工具进行分析问题、解决问题的方法,增强了团队凝聚力和价值感。项目管理方法的应用能解决临床常见的问题,提高护理工作质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the application effect of project management combined with PDCA circle method in improving the publicity and education of medication knowledge for hospitalized patients.Methods:A project management team composed of 7 members from our department,by means of the methods and steps of project management,as well as combined with PDCA,fishbone diagram,Gantt chart and other quality management tools,improved methods and work of publicity and education of medication knowledge,and improved work processes.Before the implementation of project management,to select 300 patients after surgery as a control group from January to August 2015.After the implementation of project management,to select 300 patients after surgery as intervention group from January to August 2016.Questionnaire survey was adopted to investigate the awareness rate of medication knowledge in postoperative patients.Results:The difference had statistical significance in patients after surgery about knowing the name,the effect and the side effects of the medication.The patient's overall satisfaction with nurse services had been increased.Conclusion:Project management was a scientific management method.The method of project management was applied to inpatient about the publicity and education of medication knowledge.It can significantly increase the awareness of medication compliance and medication knowledge among inpatients,thereby improving patient satisfaction and nursing work.The degree of recognition also had been improved,as well as nurses’ability to solve problems,mastered the methods of using scientific management methods to analyze problems and solve problems,and enhanced team cohesion and sense of value.The application of project management methods can solve common clinical problems and improve the quality of nursing work.It was worthy of clinical application.
