手术室优质护理对妇科急诊手术患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨围术期优质手术室护理对急诊手术患者焦虑水平、血压和心率的影响。方法:选择2016年3月至2017年2月我院手术室接受妇科急诊手术治疗的患者180例,根据随机数字表法,将患者等分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者接受常规护理;观察组患者在对照组患者的基础上接受手术室优质护理,比较两组患者的焦虑水平、血压、心率变化及两组患者护理满意度。结果:麻醉前观察组患者焦虑评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),麻醉前观察组患者焦虑评分明显低于术前1 h(P<0.05);两组患者术前1 h收缩压、舒张压、心率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);麻醉前舒张压比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组麻醉前收缩压、心率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:手术室优质护理能够有效调整急诊手术患者的心理、生理状态,降低焦虑水平,平稳血压和心率,临床效果确切。Objective:To explore the effect of high-quality operation room nursing on anxiety level,blood pressure and heart rate of patients with emergency surgery.Methods:To select 180 cases of patients receiving gynecologic emergency in operation room of hospital from March 2016 to February 2017,and divide them into observation group and control group according to random number table method.Control group was given routine nursing,while observation group,besides that,was given operation room high-quality nursing,and compare change of anxiety level,blood pressure and heart rate as well as nursing satisfaction of patients between the two groups.Results:Before anesthesia,patients’anxiety score in observation group was obviously lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Patients’anxiety level in observation group before anesthesia was obviously lower than that one hour before operation(P<0.05).Compare systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of patients one hour before operation between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Compare diastolic blood pressure before anesthesia,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).But before be narcotized,the systolic blood pressure and heart rate of patients in observation group were obviously lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Patients’satisfaction score in observation group was obviously higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Operation room high-quality nursing could effectively adjust mental and physiological status of patients with emergency surgery,reduce anxiety level,stabilize blood pressure and heart rate,and it has obvious clinical effect.
