摘　　要：目的:探讨静脉留置针封管中应用一体化正压留置针对提高护士封管效率及患者满意度的影响。方法:选取2016年10月至2017年8月行静脉输液治疗患者246例,随机将其等分为观察组与对照组,对照组患者采用普通肝素帽留置针,观察组患者采用一体化正压留置针,比较两组患者封管时间、留置时间、封管难度、护理相关问题发生情况及患者满意度。结果:观察组患者封管时间短于对照组(P<0.05);留置时间长于对照组(P<0.05);封管难度轻于对照组(P<0.05);患者护理相关问题发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);患者对操作技能、舒适度、护患关系满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:静脉留置针封管中应用一体化正压留置针可显著提高护士封管效率及患者满意度,降低封管难度与护理相关问题发生率,临床应用价值较高。Objective:To explore the effect of applying integrated positive pressure indwelling needle in sealing up of venous indwelling needle on improving nurses’sealing efficiency and patient satisfaction.Methods:To select a total of 246 patients who received intravenous infusion therapy in the hospital from October 2016 to August 2017 as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Patients in control group were treated with ordinary heparin cap indwelling needles.Patients in observation group used integrated positive pressure indwelling needles.The patients’sealing time,retention time,sealing difficulty,occurrence of nursing-related problems and patient satisfaction in the two groups were compared.Results:The observation group patients had shorter sealing time than the control group(P<0.05),and the retention time was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).The sealing difficulty was lighter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of patient-related care in observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction scores for the operation skills,comfort,and nurse-patient relationship in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying integrated positive pressure indwelling needle in sealing up of venous indwelling needle can significantly improve nurses’sealing efficiency as well as patient satisfaction.It also can reduce the difficulty of sealing and the incidence of nursing-related problems.The method has high clinical application value.
