摘　　要：目的:探讨温生理盐水注射在PICC置管过程的应用效果。方法:将2015年6月至2016年8月收治的200例患者随机等分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用传统的穿刺方法,观察组采用超声引导下穿刺,温生理盐水注射。观察其置管过程中的各种并发症的发生原因、预防与处理。比较两组患者的并发症发生情况和护理满意度。结果:观察组并发症发生情况低于对照组。护理满意度比较高于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声引导温生理盐水注射在PICC置管操作简单,患者舒适度提高,痛苦减少,使用安全、方便。Objective:To discuss the application effect of warm saline injection on PICC catheterization.Methods:To select 200 patients admitted from June 2015 to August 2016,randomly and equally divide them into observation group and control group.The control group was given the traditional puncture method,while the observation group was given ultrasound-guided puncture and warm saline injection.Observe the causes,prevention,and handling of various complications during the catheterization process.The complications and care satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.As for the satisfaction of care,the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided warm saline injection in PICC is simple and easy to use,which can improve patient's comfort,reduce the pain,it is safe and convenient for use.
